I Can Hear the Bells

Over the past couple of weeks I've really started to realize that I'm getting married. First thing to start it off was that Jeff and I started premarital counseling. Later on that same week Jeff and I went and looked at a house to rent and this past weekend we paid the deposit on it.

This is our cute little house
It was hard having to make decisions about a budget for the future. Decide what we can afford before we're really there. I guess being a grown up is hard. Anyways, Jeff will move in there next month. I told him it was fine if he moved in there before me as long as he didn't try and decorate without me. There will be no hanging up random things wherever he can find a spot.

In the past week I have also worked on wedding decorations with Laura, addressed invitations with my mom, and gone to my first dress fitting (during that I also got to see Ky pick her dress!). So not only do I hear the wedding bells for me but also my three other friends who are getting married this summer. These next few months are going to be exciting and full of beautiful brides : )

Beautiful Things

This past week has been really fantastic. When talking to my friends last night about our highs and lows of the week I really couldn't think of a low. I mean I had to write two papers and missed some homework but that didn't really hurt my week overall. Friday night I got to see one of my best friends get engaged. I was so happy to be a part of that evening. Laura, Lauren, and I worked all afternoon trying to make that little roof just how Chase wanted. I think they were happy with it since he could hardly get Kyler to come down to her surprise party haha.

Aren't they precious?
Kaleb took these fantastic pictures for them.

Kyler has been my roomie (or housie really) for about two years now. She is wonderful and I love her to death. After Chase and Ky get married in July they're moving off to Washington (yes, the state) to serve at a church plant there. I know this couple can do awesome things for Jesus and I can't wait to hear all about it! I'll miss her and all my other friends as we start to go off and start our new lives. I know God can use us all to do some big things though. So as long as they don't forget about me or forget to tell me about these big things it will all work out. Life is changing but it will be for good :)
